Видео-презентация будущего жилого комплекса в Самаре.
Для презентации была отснята местность, по снимкам и картам смоделированы близлежащие районы, по чертежам детально воспроизведен сам будущий комплекс и его благоустройство.
Трехмерное моделирование уже существующего района с интеграцией будущих домов отлично демонстрирует потенциальным покупателям и выгодные расположение ЖК и его достоинства.
Чтобы выделится на фоне конкурентов, ролик был сделан в высоком качестве – использованы высокополигональные модели и текстуры высокого разрешения, задействован наиболее прогрессивный метод расчета света – с учетом непрямого освещения (indirect illumiation), что позволило получить наиболее красивое и реалистичное изображение на экране.
Финальные просчеты, монтаж и вывод были осуществленны в HD разрешение, и при демонстрации на соответствующих устройствах достигается максимальная зрелищность.
В результате созданная презентация качественнее и эффектнее большинства конкурирующих, что создает дополнительный положительный имидж компании и повышает доверие к проекту.

На изготовление этого и подобных роликов изза большого количества необходимых работ требуется много времени – около двух месяцев на съемку, моделинг, просчеты кадров и монтаж.
